X‑5 Combi Hone:
- A premium two-sided hone: one side has a porcelain/ceramic finish (ideal for coated steel), and the other has a diamond-like coating (for non-coated steel).
- The large surface area helps efficiently remove burrs and polish the edge.
X‑3 Combi Hone:
- Very similar to the X-5, but with a smaller surface area.
- It also has a dual surface — ceramic on one side and diamond-like on the other — allowing for burr removal and fine finishing.
Gummi Hone:
- A gentler “support” hone designed specifically for coated steel.
It removes remaining burrs without damaging the protective coating.
Tear Drop Hone:
- With its ergonomic tear-drop shape and fairly large surface area, this hone makes it easier to handle while effectively removing the primary burr from the sharpening process.
Basic Stone:
- A traditional hone (stone) that removes the initial sharpening burr.
- It's a no-frills, reliable tool for cleaning up after sharpening cycles.
