The Blade Barber 1000 Handheld Skate Sharpener is unlike any other hand sharpening device on the market today. The Blade Barber is a completely new hockey sharpening tool to get the most out of your skate sharpening and blade performance.

In order for the Blade Barber to work properly, your skates must have already been sharpened once and had a proper hollow grooved in them. You will then select the Blade Barber (1/2", 5/8", etc) that you get your skates sharpened at, and the Blade Barber will match up to that hollow and sharpen them the same way.

After literally over 150 prototypes and 320 pairs of skates, the Blade Barber was perfected by an Industrial Engineer and beer league all-star. The Blade Barber sought the experience, advice, and feedback of thousands of hockey players throughout the process and is ready to take your game to the next level.
