The blue mini practice rings are great for players to practice at home in the house, in the garage, or on street. They're also great for any ringette coach to throw in the equipment bag and bring on to the ice during practice. These practice turbo rings improve spearing skills, hand-eye co-ordination, goalie reflexes, passing skills, and shooting accuracy.
